Where you from? There's not an abundance of "experienced" spey casters in the state but there are a few. I'm in no way "experienced" but wouldn't mind passing on what I know sometime

Guys, if you will go into your profile and put in the town and state where you live it would sure help the rest of us reading your posts. It's not like you are putting your address in there or we are going to spy on you or something. You might even get to meet up with some guys from your area if you provide a little info.

Peasy207 -- you would probably get more responses if we knew where you are. Most of us are willing to help when and where we can, but we need more info.

I'm in Cornish, work in westbrook, was thinking somewhere on the saco or something, but I'd be willing to drive a little bit of course.

Jim at Eldredge's is quite good at spey casting.

Peasy, I'd be glad to show you a few things to help you get started. My double fisted fishing time is mostly spent on the Androscoggin from Auburn south and the Kennbebec from Fairfield south if you are interested. I would also highly recommend investing in a video such as "Spey to Z", "Introduction to Spey casting with John and Amy Hazel", or "Rio's Modern Speycasting."
