Ok guys and gals,

Let's start the planning process for a 3-4 day spring fishing trip. I don't have a specific place in mind. I'd like to keep to 6-8 people. We could rent a house on GLS or a cabin in Rangeley. New Hampshire is not off the list. Even New York could be on the list.

Who would be interested in such a trip?? What about the destination???

it would depend when and where but my wife and I are always up for an adventure. Be it camping in a tent or renting a cabin.

I'm Interested.Heading to Rangeley Wed.for the "last" trip of the year.Planning a spring trip will help everyone pass the time through the next eleven months of Winter.Willing to go wherever the majority decides.

I'd like to say I'm interested, but a lot will depend on what's going on in the next few months.

Russ, as you know I am always interested in a May trip. Rangeley or Pittston Farm would be my suggestions. ;)

I'd be in for just about anything. Grant's or Weatherbys kinda seems like the no brainers but someone is probably more creative than me with the ideas and such

How about Nahmankanta in the spring? From a post I remember reading last spring the fishing is much better in the spring than it was when we had our group trip there in the fall. ;)

About Kevin McKay and Maine Fly Fish
My name is Kevin McKay and I became a Master Maine Guide in 2003. But before that I started www.maineflyfish.com, one of the largest fly fishing web sites on the east coast. It is dedicated to helping everyone who is new and experienced, to bring out their best when it comes to fly fishing. So it was only natural I became a guide and I haven't looked back.
