Rare green colored Islander LX 3.2 with Spare Spool. Near new condition- asking 425.00. Current retail on the set is over 800.00. This would work on a 3-6 weight outfit, but would really shine on a 4 or 5 weight. See Islander's website for specs and pictures. Feel free to fire away with any questions!

Fantastic reel and spare spool in near mint condition. Both include backing. Retail is close to 500- asking 350. Feel free to pm me with any questions. Both reel and spare spool are black- very sharp set for fresh or salt water...perfect on a 6 or 7 weight!

Night Owl Time...
11 June 2012 - 08:27 AM
Every year at this time I always feel like I'm pressing my body to the limit with night fishing and early mornings...gotta love it though- we wait all year in Maine for right now!
With that said- the tail end of this week is drawing us closer to the new moon with dropping tides through the middle of the night...I can't wait to be in the dark chasing stripedos. Anyone else going to be up to their waist in water most nights around midnight this coming weekend? I'm always surprised at how few people I run into night fishing some of my favorite spots in the surf.
Good luck this coming week fellow night owls out there!
